I was recommended this location for a brake rotor resurface. The process was painless - drop off and pick up about an hour later. No muss no fuss. Rotors look great and measured run-out well within spec. Very happy with the quick service and the pain free, inexpensive process. Thank you!

Title: Beware – Dishonest and Overpriced Service My brother took his 200 Chrysler to Joe’s Under Auto Parts on Monday for a simple alignment, which they quoted at $50. He was recommended to this shop by another mechanic, and based on their positive reviews, we expected honesty and professionalism. Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite. Instead of just performing the alignment, they told my brother he had to replace his lower control arms and his entire brake pad system before they would even do the alignment. They tried to push a quote of over $1,000 for everything. To “save money,” they suggested he buy his own parts from somewhere like O’Reilly, but then still wanted $380 just for labor—and that’s before even getting the alignment done. When my brother explained this to me, I immediately suspected something was off. We later confirmed with an AutoZone technician that brake pads have nothing to do with performing an alignment. This shop’s reasoning made no sense. Even the estimate was unprofessional—it was scribbled on a small piece of white paper, not an official invoice, and “alignment” was spelled incorrectly. For a business in 2025, that’s beyond outdated

Joe and his brothers are outstanding mechanics for all types of under-car services. In my opinion, they offer the best service and prices in town. I’ve known Joe since 2020, and his work has always been reliable and top-notch

Quick and painless. No fuss. And by fast I mean the whole day but it was done right and without having to take out a small loan to pay it! I say that because in contrast to the other alignment places this was incredibly inexpensive for the same quality of work.

Joe’s Under Car Service is professional, reliable and reasonably priced. Do not under estimate the look of this place or its locality, they work on imports and domestics. The first impression when you walk in is the cleanliness of the shop. They mean what they say when it comes to repair estimates and time frames. Honest and respectful team.
